Oven
- Preheat oven to 450 °F / 230 °C.
- Spread frozen French fries in a single layer on a cooking sheet or a shallow baking dish.
- Bake 10 to 20 minutes to desired colour and crispness, turning potatoes once or twice.
- Serve immediately after cooking.
Air fryer
- Place frozen fries in the basket. Do not fill the basket and spread the fries.
2. Cook 10 to 15 minutes at 400 °F (205 °C), stirring the fries halfway through cooking and checking regularly.
3. Season to taste and serve immediately.
Deep fryer
- Preheat fryer to 350 °F / 180 °C.
- Place frozen French fries in fryer, no more than half full.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes to desired colour and crispness, then remove fryer basket and excess of oil.
- Serve immediately after cooking.
