    Oven

    1. Transfer the frozen soup from the original bowl. OPTION: Cook in a ceramic bowl!| into a ceramic bowl (cheese on top) and follow the same cooking instructions. 1. Preheat oven to o 375 °F (190 °C).
    2. Remove bowl from the box and take off the plastic film from cooking bowl.
    3. Place bowl on a baking sheet and cook on middle rack for 40 minutes.
    4. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

    Microwave

    Microwave cooking will result in the cheese being mixed in with the soup.

    1. Remove bowl from the box. Lift one-third of film to allow steam vent.
    2. Place cooking bowl in microwave and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
    3. Remove film and stir soup. Then cook for another 2-3 minutes. CAUTION: Bowl will be HOT. Handle hot bowl with care.
    4. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
