Stove
- Preheat your pan (preferably with a ridged or grill pan) over medium-high heat.
- Pour in a drizzle of oil.
When the pan is hot, cook the chops for 6 to 8 minutes* on each side. - Serve with lemon wedges (optional).
Oven
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Place the lamb chops on a baking tray.
- Cook for 12 to 14 minutes* and turn halfway through cooking.
- Serve with lemon wedges (optional).

BBQ
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Oil the grill.
- When the grill is hot, cook the chops for 4 to 5 minutes* on each side.
- Serve with lemon wedges (optional).
