Microwave
- Prepare from frozen.
- Do not remove or puncture the film.
- Heat on high for 5 to 6 minutes. The film swells during cooking.
- Let sit for 30 seconds. CAUTION: THE CONTAINER WILL BE HOT. Support the base of the dish before removing it from the microwave.
- Remove the film, stir the contents and serve. Enjoy your food !
Reheat thoroughly: Your meal is ready when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cooking time may vary depending on the appliance used.
