Oven
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread frozen chicken pieces on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Cook for 19 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the pieces are crisp. Turn the pieces halfway through cooking.
Air fryer
- Preheat the fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Fry frozen chicken pieces for 5 to 7 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
