Préparer à partir de l’état congelé
- Ne pas retirer, ni perforer la pellicule.
- Chauffer à puissance maximale pendant 5 à 6 minutes. La pellicule gonfle en cours de cuisson.
- Laisser reposer pendant 30 secondes. ATTENTION : LE CONTENANT SERA CHAUD. Soutenir la base du plat avant de le sortir du micro-ondes.
- Retirer la pellicule. Remuer le contenu et servir. Bon appétit !
