Discover the best (frozen) mushroom pizza ever Mikes. We used the cream of the crop: portobello, cremini mushrooms and shiitake. We added cheese and Toujours Mikes Alfredo sauce to make the product even more decadent and make a white pizza.

  • Oven

    Important: Leave the pizza in the freezer while pre-heating the oven. Do not cook in a microwave oven. Each oven being different, these instructions are given only as general guidelines.

    1. Preheat oven at  425 °F (218 °C).
    2. Remove pizza from box and plastic wrapper.
    3. Remove and discard the cardboard disk. Do not cook the pizza with the cardboard disk.
    4. Place the frozen pizza on a perforated pizza pan. Place on the oven rack in the second position from the bottom.
    5. While keeping an eye on the pizza, bake for 18 to 23 minutes or until the cheese is melted and grilled to your taste and the crust is golden brown.
    6. Let stand 3 minutes before cutting and serving.
