    Cook from frozen.

    1. Place frozen burgers on a pre-heated grill on medium-high heat.
    2. With lid down, grill burgers for 5 minutes per side, turning occasionally.
    3. Burgers are cooked when an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached or when the juices run clear.
