Oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Lift the corner of the film
- Place the dish on a baking tray in the center of the oven and heat for 20 minutes.

- Heat again for 8 to 10 minutes and serve.

Microwave
- Lift one corner of the film.
- Place the poutine in the center of the microwave.
- Reheat the poutine for 3 minutes
- Remove the film from the dish and stir gently to bring the sauce on top.
- Heat again for 1 to 1 minute 30 seconds and serve.
