  • STOVE & OVEN

    1. Preheat the oven at 230 °C (450 °F).
    2. Place the sealed bag in a proper-sized pot and cover in cold water.
    3. Bring the water to a low boil and heat for 5-7 minutes.
    4. Open the bag and place the shank in a lightly oiled baking dish. CAUTION: content will be extremely hot.
    5. Place in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
    6. Remove cover and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Oven

    1. Preheat the oven at  205 °C (400 °F).
    2. Place lamb shanks inside
      and leave for 10 minutes and cover.
    3. Turn the lamb shanks
      over and leave for another 13-18 minutes.
