Deep fryer
- Turn on the fryer to 347 °F (175 °C).
- Place the chicken patties in the fryer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Burgers are reheated when an infernal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C) is reached.
