  • Oven

    1. Preheat oven to 450 °F / 230 °C.
    2. Spread frozen French fries in a single layer on a cooking sheet or a shallow baking dish.
    3. Bake 10 to 20 minutes to desired colour and crispness, turning potatoes once or twice.
    4. Serve immediately after cooking.

    Air fryer

    1. Place frozen fries in the basket. Do not fill the basket and spread the fries.
    2. Cook 10 to 15 minutes at 400 °F (205 °C), stirring the fries halfway through cooking and checking regularly.
    3. Season to taste and serve immediately.

    Deep fryer

    1. Preheat fryer to 350 °F / 180 °C.
    2. Place frozen French fries in fryer, no more than half full.
    3. Cook 2 to 3 minutes to desired colour and crispness, then remove fryer basket and excess of oil.
    4. Serve immediately after cooking.
