  • KEEP FROZEN. DEFROST IN THE REFRIGERATOR ONE DAY BEFORE USE. DO NOT COOK FROM A FROZEN STATE.

    CLEAN PREP SURFACES, INCLUDING CUTTING BOARDS AND UTENSILS, AND WASH HANDS AFTER HANDLING RAW MEAT.

    REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY OR DISCARD LEFTOVERS.

    Stove

    1. Preheat a lightly oiled pan.
    2. Cook the steaks for 4 minutes* on each side, turning at least twice to achieve medium-rare doneness or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F (63°C).

    Oven

    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F / 191°C.
    2. Place a baking tray under the wire rack in the middle of the oven.
    3. Place the steaks on the grill, keeping some space between portions.
    4. Cook for 10 minutes* or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F (63°C) to achieve medium-rare doneness.

    Microwave

    Sauce:

    1. Place the sauce in a microwave-safe bowl.
    2. Microwave for 45 seconds.

    BBQ

    1. Préchauffé le BBQ.
    2. Cuire les biftecks pendant 4 minutes* de chaque côté, en les tournant au moins deux fois afin d’obtenir une cuisson mi-saignante ou jusqu’à ce que la température interne atteigne un minimum de 145 °F (63 °C).
